Survey
A complete and free site survey is undertaken to enable us to manufacture bespoke products to an agreed specification.
A full risk assessment is also carried out to correctly identify any potential hazards, adhering to building regulations, and any additional requirements, e.g. compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), ensuring that the product is fit for purpose.
Quotation
Our team provides comprehensive quotations including CAD designs and detailed specifications.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) details show the integration within the current or proposed structure.
Manufacture
UKFSD sources high-quality materials and utilises state of the art technology, using skilled and qualified operatives to deliver your bespoke products.
All manufactured products undergo rigorous in-process and final inspection to ensure high standards of excellence are maintained.
Entry Systems
UKFSD products can be integrated with your nominated door entry and access control provider.
UKFSD will work alongside your specialist installer, or provide a quotation for these works. Our products can incorporate existing or new systems and are compatible with the majority of systems.
Installation
UKFSD will install on an agreed date and work closely with other trades to minimise disruption to the property occupiers, ensuring that the property is left safe and secure. Throughout the installation safe access and egress from the property is ensured.
UKFSD uses experienced and trained operatives, being CSCS card holders. Installations are completed to a high standard with post completion inspections carried out. All waste is removed from site with appropriate recycling systems in place.
Quality
When buying UKFSD products you are assured that you are getting the very best. The excellent finish that each frame receives is the result of hard work and dedication to ensure all products are manufactured and installed to superior quality standards.
Therefore products are warrantied for up to 10 years, subject to manufacturers’ recommended standards, maintenance and excluding acts of vandalism.
